Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders with ground shipping placed by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship within 48 hours from our warehouse in Queens, NY. Orders with Next-Day and second-day Air shipping placed by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday.


All ground orders over $50 ship for free if you use the code FREESHIP at checkout. Ground orders under $50 incur a $5 shipping fee. Priority shipping costs vary based on the order total and location.


Depending on your location, please allow 5-7 business days for ground shipping. Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods such as sales or launches.

All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Queens, NY.

Returns & Exchanges:

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


Store credit will be issued for accepted returns. You are responsible for return shipping fees.


Items purchased from retail stores carrying our brand must be returned to the store where they were purchased.


Exchanges: We do not directly process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for store credit and place a new order.

How to Return an Item:

To start a return, email us at shop@liliesandrosesny.com with your order number and a request for return authorization. We will send you return instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Defects:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any issues with your order (damaged or defective items or the wrong item), contact us immediately at shop@liliesandrosesny.com with a photo of the problem, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or seasonal items. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification before ordering.
